Swedish body massage goes beyond just a 'me time' pampering.
The manipulation of soft body tissues using a variety of massage techniques helps to relieve muscular tension, increase the level of oxygen in the blood, improving circulation and the removal of body toxins, as well as helping to promote overall relaxation.
Indian Head Massage
This therapy focuses on the upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face and can be performed with or without oils, with the client in a seated position and fully clothed.
A deeply relaxing routine which relieves muscular tensions and calms the mind.
Aromatherapy Treatments
An extension to Swedish massage therapy using a range of pre-blended aromatherapy massage oils by Tisserand to suit your mood and needs.

About me
My name is
Karen Aston. I am VTCT qualified in Body Massage
and Indian Head Massage, am fully insured and a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
I have my own practice which I run from my home in Shirley, Southampton and have a quiet dedicated treatment room in which clients can fully relax.
Life can sometimes feel very busy and hectic. We all need some time to ourselves to unwind and relax. This is where regular massage treatments can help. Massages are not only beneficial to aid relaxation and relieve areas of muscular tension, they also help reduce stress and anxiety, and enhance a person’s overall wellbeing.
I take a holistic approach to my treatments. As part of the initial consultation process I will take into consideration your lifestyle and emotional wellbeing, as well as any physical conditions, so that I can tailor the treatment to your needs.
My aim is that during the treatment you are able to relax and take time out of your normal routine and leave feeling calm, refreshed and re-energised.

Consultation
Treatments are tailored to individual needs. A full consultation will be undertaken prior to starting the treatment. Please allow 15 minutes in addition to the treatment time for this to be completed.
Cancellation Policy
Please give 24 hours notice if you can't make an appointment, otherwise a cancellation fee may be charged if you are not looking to re-book.
