As a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), I abide by the FHT Code of Practice. The lawful basis under which your information is held and used is:

-         Legitimate interests, to retain the information in order to provide you with the best possible treatment options and advice

-         To retain health related information to enable me to fulfil my role as a health care practitioner bound under FHT confidentiality as defined under the FHT Code of Practice.



You have the right, at any time, to view the details held. Your records will be retained for a minimum period of 10 years form the date of the last treatment to comply with Insurance requirements.



When you use the Site, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

If you don’t agree to Harmony Holistic Treatments keeping records of information about you and your treatments, or if you don’t allow for the information to be used in the way needed for treatments, if may not be possible to treat you.





Retention

-         ‘Claims occurring’ insurance – a minimum of 10 years to comply with insurance requirements

-         Minor/Children’s records – records to be retained 10 years following the child’s 18th birthday.
